Anna Torrodà: “Making my senior debut for Spain and representing Valencia CF is an honour for me”
Anna Torrodà fulfilled any footballer’s dream. The VCFF midfielder made her senior debut for Spain against Denmark, she ran out onto the pitch on 80 minutes in a friendly game that finished in a 3-0 win for Spain.
Anna Torrodà shared her thoughts on VCF Media Radio on this significant milestone in her professional career:
“I was really nervous before kick-off but I relaxed upon coming on with incredible teammates by my side everything was so much easier.”
VCFF’s number 21 is really proud of reprsenting Valencia CF on international duty. “I must continue working like I have been doing until now for Valencia CF Femenino in order to repeat this call-up”.
She highlighted the intensity and tempo with which Jorge Vilda’s side train from her international duty call-up. Anna Torrodà predicts success in the near future, “They’re players who understand each other perfectly because they’ve been playing together for many years”.
